Read MoreThe renovation of the Modern Farmhouse expanded the kitchen and opened it up to the family room. The family room is not large, so using every square inch was important. The first thing we did was expand the opening between the family and dining room.
Read MoreMy clients biggest request for this renovation was to have a large kitchen with a 48” range and a huge center island. By removing the non-working fireplace and knocking down the wall between the kitchen and the “den,” we were able to really open up the space.

My client fell in love with this deep marine green that I also love (and used in the Restored Victorian). She is an artist and we knew we wanted to feature her paintings. With a color palate of dark and marine green mixed with blue, her paintings really shine.
